Blue Navigation Tabs

That's what the Navigation Tabs will look like:

 





Step one:
Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Navigation Tabs.
Choose the rounded rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 8px and anti-aliased checked.
In a new layer draw a #00C0FF round rectangle using the rounded rectangle tool. (width: 145 x height: 26)
Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

 




 

Step two:

In a new layer draw a 1px white line on the center of the tab.
Set layer's opacity level to 56%.

 





 

Step three:

Copy the white line layer and nudge down by 4px.
Modify the layer's opacity level to 16%.

 





 

Step four:

Add your navigation link using font Eras Demi ITC, 11pt, strong and #FFFFFF for color.
